USED GOODS (for private individuals selling secondhand ‘Loose Goods’) :- FREE OF CHARGE

CAMPERJUMBLE & LANDYJUMBLE is the perfect opportunity to sell your unwanted camping gear, or secondhand spares, parts and accessories (autojumble) for the 2WD & 4WD campers we own or the 4x4s we tow with, or any kit associated with outdoor hobbies, pursuits and activities.

No need to book a Seller’s Pitch in advance for CAMPERJUMBLE & LANDYJUMBLE. Upon arrival at the gate, campers at ‘CAMPERLIFE@STRATFORD’ (15-16 June 2024) or ‘ADVENTURE OVERLAND & CAMPERVAN SHOW’ (14-15 September 2024) who are in possession of a Weekend Camping Pass can simply inform gate staff that they wish to have a free Seller’s Pitch in the CAMPERJUMBLE & LANDYJUMBLE selling area. They will be directed to the appropriate area.

Pitches are completely FREE OF CHARGE providing:-

  1. Minimum content of 80% used individual items (not complete vehicles), no more than 20% new goods.

  2. The term ‘loose goods’ refers to seperate items. Camping kit is obvious - an awning, fridge, fishing rod, canoe, etc. are all ‘loose goods’. In the case of a vehicles, this can be seperate items such as a body shell, chassis, engine, gearbox, etc. Complete vehicles are not allowed. Sellers wishing to sell complete vehicles must be in the VEHICLES FOR SALE area and pay a fee … see VEHICLES FOR SALE section below.

  3. Sellers can arrive and set-up from 1pm Thursday for either show, departure by 4pm on the Monday post event.

  4. Due to our insurance requirements, no vehicle movement for sellers between 10am - 5pm Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday.

  5. Sellers leaving before the times stated will be banned from attending future events.

  6. Sellers can camp on their pitch.

  7. Weekend Camping Passes can be purchased online via Ticketsource

VEHICLES FOR SALE PITCH (for private individuals selling complete vehicles) :- £20.00 per vehicle

No need to book a Vehicles For Sale pitch in advance. Upon arrival at the gate, campers in possession of a Weekend Camping Pass can state they have a vehicle for sale, so wish to have a Vehicles For Sale Pitch in the CAMPERJUMBLE & LANDYJUMBLE selling area.

Upon arrival at the Vehicles For Sale pitch an event offical will collect your fee. However, as this fee goes direct to the Veterans in Action charity – https://veteransinaction.org.uk – we ask owners who sell their vehicle via the show to donate an extra £20.00 to the charity … or any other amount of course!!! … via https://veteransinaction.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Fundraising-Guide.pdf

This charity donation is purely optional.

Terms & Conditions:-

  1. £20.00 fee. Cash only, plastic not accepted.

  2. Sellers can arrive and set-up from 1pm Thursday, departure by 4pm Monday.

  3. Due to our insurance requirements, no vehicle movement for sellers between 10am - 5pm Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday.

  4. Sellers leaving before the times stated will be banned from attending future events. Pedestrianised walkways do not become roadways until 5pm Saturday, 4pm Sunday.

  5. Sellers must provide a sign in the vehicle’s windscreen stating … FOR SALE, MAKE, MODEL, YEAR OF MANUFACTURE, MILEAGE (if known), SELLER’S MOBILE NUMBER.

  6. The term ‘complete vehicle’ refers to a vehicle comprising of a body, chassis and drive train, whether driveable or towed.

  7. Sellers can camp on their pitch.

  8. Weekend Camping Passes can be purchased online via Ticketsource

NEW GOODS PITCH (for companies or sole traders selling new goods, products or services):- £6 per square metre

Although companies are advised to book a Trade Stand Pitch within the regular Trade Areas of ‘CAMPERLIFE@STRATFORD’ (15-16 June 2024) or ‘ADVENTURE OVERLAND & CAMPERVAN SHOW’ (14-15 September 2024), for whatever reason it is possible to book a New Goods Pitch within the CAMPERJUMBLE & LANDYJUMBLE selling area (e.g. Companies may want to have pitch alongside a friend selling autojumble for instance). New Goods Pitches must be booked in advance via 4x4trading@talk21.com Cost is £6 psqm.

Terms & Conditions are listed within the Trade Stand Booking Form. The basics are:-

  1. Within a New Goods Pitch space can be utilised for whatever you require – new goods or used, unlimited number of vehicles for sale, basically whatever you want. Strictly not allowed is any form of catering, amusements, raffles, lotteries, tombolas, auctions or pick-a-ticket stands.

  2. Sellers can arrive and set-up from 1pm Thursday, departure by 4pm Monday.

  3. Due to our insurance requirements, no vehicle movement for sellers between 10am - 5pm Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday.

  4. Sellers leaving before the times stated will be banned from attending future events. Pedestrianised walkways do not become roadways until 5pm Saturday, 4pm Sunday.

  5. All gazebos, marquees, the seller’s car, van or truck, towing vehicle & trailer, etc. must be within the confines of the size of pitch purchased. Alternatively, seller’s vehicles/trailers can be parked free of charge in the “Trader’s Parking Area”. Sellers will be charged for excess space on their pitches.

  6. Sellers can camp on their pitch.
